"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

I'm definately gonna use some of these.. but a suggestion for the future is to not have the full view so large.. maybe go to MS paint or something, then go to IMAGES, stretch/skew, and make it 50% smaller? I'll give you the link if I pull any drawings off.
Okay, I won't make them so big. I guess the reason I submit them so big is so that when people use them, they can resize them to their exact size, and if they want them big, they can have them big.
I guess there is a balance between submitting large and usable stock, and submitting stuff that people's browsers accept, eh?
